Cesar Alsina Family photographs reinforce the notion of love and support to all members of the household. Portraits infuse homes with good memories and timeless pride.

There are many reasons to create pictures:
for fun, for documenting purposes, for love.
When thinking about having a picture taken, consider that time is a dimension that moves constantly forward, and time is on your side. Until it's not.

I'm booking sessions not too far from now. I am a Naples Portrait Photographer, and I crave for photo sessions that are creative, fun, goal driven and meaningful.

I'd love to photograph you.

Booking A Photo Session

An easy guide to book a portrait session with César Alsina | back to lobby

No time for reading? Contact me →, I'll reply back with my info, including my phone number. If you want me to call you, please include your phone number.

About this guide

Actually, you don't need a guide to book a portrait session with me. Working with me (and my team, when needed) is just easy and enjoyable. I am down to Earth, happy to be a photographer, and dedicated to give you the best time while creating a fantastic picture.

I am a Naples Portrait Photographer, still, I take portraits at places anywhere near a plane can land.

This booking guide is an overview for those who like these kind of things. In order to create a portrait for you, for a family group or anything in between, we need to talk, either by phone, facetime or in person, to reach real understanding of what you want and set things in motion.

I want your portrait photography to be the best yet.

You've seen some of my pictures. The best ones are yet to be created. I have made wonderful images, still every click is an opportunity to be better.

With above in mind, we will have a conversation to learn about your expectations, needs, goals and ideas. All questions will be answered. Once we feel all is understood, we set a plan, set the budget, set a date, I send you a contract.

Booking, contract, retainer.

You book your session by sending back the signed contract and by paying the booking non-refundable retainer. For your convenience, I can send you an electronic invoice (currenly using Flint.)

Your booked date is your day. Once booked, it is reserved for you only. We will meet to create fantastic images.

A contract that spells out all pertinent details sets the scope of our agreement.

Session time: capturing light.

On the day of photo session, I will photograph you—and your party, if any, and it will be a great time, a time to create what we both want: fantastic photography. This is what your session fee covers.

Choosing your photos, prints and digitals.

Within 30 days (unless we arrange differently) ideally we will meet to check your pictures. It's a fun meeting! You will make your selections, order specific edits and order your prints. I will show you samples, I will give you alternatives. In short time, you will have your prints.

In case you are not local to Naples I will create a gallery online where you will be able to choose your images.

Your images, your prints: delivery times.

Post-processing is a very rewarding yet time consuming task. Current post-processing times takes between two weeks to six weeks depending of the project. Upon request, I can have a few images done within 48 hours, availability permiting.

I hand craft images one by one, dedicating precious time to transform what I capture during the photo session into an image that reflects my art, your expectations and goals.

Furthermore, I develop your image into its full potential, converting the light captured into a joyful memento, a powerful networking tool, a family heirloom.

Hiring Fees - Non-Commercial Usage

Retainer - A non-refundable retainer reserves the photo session date for you. Retainer is non-refundable as all other work will be turned down for that date you retained. Retainers start at $360 for sessions 1 to 4 hours. For longer sessions, a retainer of $720 is required. All retainers are 100% credited towards your session, unless you cancel or don't show up.

Session Fee - No time limit. Every hour or fraction is $360+1*.

+1* = plus travel expenses if not local to Downtown Naples, FL.

Please, be aware that session time is not only photography time, it also accounts time to set-up equipment, prep time, and photography time.

Purchasing prints (for session-paid Clients)

Once photographs are taken, I will develop the images. Once they're ready, we meet to choose your favorite images. At your request or my suggestions, I will further develop them until perfection.

You may want to buy one photo, or several. You may want digital images for your web page or your social networks. You may want prints to hang on walls, or to share with family or friends.

About me, Cesar Alsina

I grew up happy in Caracas from amazing parents, Olivia and Rodolfo, with sisters Vivi, Bere and Mary, and two million people. This city was heaven for me. I moved to USA in 1996. I am the father of three awesome beings, lover of one unique woman, aspiring writer and firm believer that we can do good for our planet.

I've been in the creative business my whole life.

I am a photographer, a graphic designer, web designer, logo designer, print designer, creative director. I like to cook my food, love movies, spending time at the beach, and just pre-ordered The Endless River, by Pink Floyd, expected to be released on 11/10/2014.

I regularly publish photography and thoughs that reflect about me in my blog →

Generally, it works this way.

Awesomely Kind Person recommends me to Fab Person—YAY! Fab Person checks my work here and elsewhere. Fab Person moves forward and sends me a message with pertinent info. I get back to Fab Person ASAP answering all questions, including my availability and phone number. Moving foward, we make a phone conference, if local we meet, if Fab Person so desires. We smooth out details. Set a date. Fab Person and I are happy. I send contract and invoice. Fab Person sends back signed contract and pays retainer to book session. I secure/lock that date for Fab Person. My dream comes true: I'll work with Fab Person to produce fantastic images.

Can I call you?

Well, yes! Send me a message → and I'll give you my phone number.

Your phone number is not listed here. What the heck?

Each of my clients get my personal phone number. My clients are Internet and email savvy: FabPerson gets in touch with me via email, my phone number—and a gift!—is in my reply.
